無論在東方或西方世界，「問」與「答」皆是生活經驗
Question and answer is the important way of passing life experiences and wisdom both in the East and the West. We could bring out sparkles of life in the process of resolving doubts whenever suspicions rise. We are very pleased to invite Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche to share his observations and insights in terms of the three issues on "international situations," "social issues" and "personal spirituality " with teachers, students and the public. We sincerely welcome you attend the lecture with your questions, learning the wisdom and compassion of the Buddha.

There will be a total of 400 seats for this lecture. The registration is divided into two rounds: the first round is only open for the teachers and students from colleges. The second part will be open for the general public to sign up after the rest of seats are released. Availability is limited.

講者簡介 About the Lecturer
宗薩欽哲仁波切1961年出生於不丹。七歲時，他被
Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche was born in Bhutan in 1961. At the age of seven, he was recognized by H.H Sakya Trizin as the main reincarnation of Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Chokyi Lodro in 19th century, who is the successor of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, the most influential and respected emanation of Buddha’s wisdom, Arya Manjushri. He received a wealth of practice instructions and teachings from many different great masters of various lineages of Buddhism. His major guru is Kyabje Dilo Khyentse Rinpoche.

Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche has published many books include The Buddhist View and Practice, Not for Happiness, and Life as cinema, etc. He is also a renowned filmmaker. The four major movies he produced are The Cup(1999), Travelers and Magicians(2003), Vara: A Blessing (2013) and Hema Hema: Sing Me a Song While I wait(2016). He also founded several international organizations, of which the Siddhartha’s Intent is in charge of the publication and reservation of his teachings; Khyentse Foundation is a non-profit organization, dedicating to supporting and promoting the Buddhist practices and studies around the world. 84000: Translating the Words of the Buddha works on translating all of the Buddha’s words into modern languages; Lotus Outreach conducts projects that help refugees in Asia, especially the women and children that are abused and inflicted with poverty.

Khyentse Rinpoche is good at explaining the Budhha Dharma in various lucid examples. He had been invited to give lectures at the University of California, Berkeley, Yale, National University of Singapore, Peking University, etc. The audience could always effectively understand the core ideas of Buddhism from his lecture that were full of laughter and inspiration.
